I do! The Chaos Tamer is ideal if you already capture phone clips, but need someone to turn them into polished, high-converting posts and handle the strategy. You hand over your chaotic camera roll and half-baked drafts. I’ll turn them into a polished grid that converts, while you crack on with the parts of your business you actually love. Includes editing, copy writing and scheduling.
The Content Wingwoman is the ultimate hands-off package. It includes everthing above plus a half day of content creation, producing high end professional content for your business.
I don’t have a social media account, can you help?

Absolutely! I’ll work with you and your business, and we’ll create the online presence you dream of!
How many times a week will you post for me?

My standard packages are 2 or 3 posts a week (the sweet spot for consistency!). If you ever need more, we can always look at adding extra posts depending on availability and workload that month.
Is there a minimum contract for social support?

Yes, all social packages have a 3 month minimum commitment. Testing content hooks, finding what your audience loves, and building real momentum takes a little time! After the first 3 months, it rolls onto a flexible month-by-month agreement.
Do you reply to my DMs and comments?

I take care of the heavy lifting: strategy, editing, copy, hashtags, and scheduling. I leave the day-to-day comment replies and DMs in your hands, simply because nobody knows your clients or customer service voice quite like you do!
What if I’m awkward on camera or hate being in videos?

You don’t have to do pointing dances or talk to camera if you don't want to! Simple aesthetic clips of you packing orders, working behind the scenes, or showcasing products perform brilliantly. I’ll give you a clear prompt list so you always know exactly what quick clips to capture.
How do I get my raw videos and photos over to you?

We’ll use a shared folder. Whenever you take clips on your phone, you just drop them into the folder and I grab them from there.
Which website platforms do you build on?

I specialise exclusively in Shopify and Squarespace (I'm an official partner with both). They’re fast, reliable, look great, and most importantly: they make checkout effortless for your customers.
What if I already have a website that just needs a revamp?

That’s completely fine! Whether you’re starting totally from scratch or have an existing site that feels outdated, messy, or isn't converting visitors into sales, we can give it a full overhaul.
Will I be able to make changes to my website myself once it’s live?

100%. I don’t believe in gatekeeping your own business. When your site is finished, I record simple, bite-sized video walkthroughs showing you exactly how to update copy, add new products, and view your sales without touching any code.
