1. How do I book a service?

Simply choose the package that fits your needs and book a Discovery Call. We’ll have a quick 30 minute chat to ensure we’re a perfect fit, and then I’ll send over your agreement and project details. 

2. What is the turnaround time for a project?

Once I have your brand assets and access, a Shopify Glow-Up or Klaviyo Power-Up is typically completed within 7 working days. You’ll be kept in the loop throughout, but the goal is to get you high-functioning and live as quickly as possible.

3. Can I book you for ongoing support?

Yes. For founders who want to hand over the back-end admin for good, I offer The Monthly Wingwoman retainer. This covers your regular listings, email newsletters, and general site maintenance, giving you a dedicated partner in your business every month.

4. What if I need more support than the Monthly Wingwoman package covers?

If your brand is scaling fast or you have a high volume of products and weekly emails, we can easily create a Bespoke Retainer.

During our discovery call, we’ll look at your specific workload, whether that’s managing 50+ new listings a month or running a full-scale daily email strategy, and I’ll build a custom Bolt-On plan that fits your business perfectly.
